We recently completed the Friends for Life programme with Mrs. Carroll. Friends for Life is a positive wellbeing programme. We developed strategies to deal with worry, stress and change. We also practiced the skill of resilience.
We recently got to complete our Friends for Life Wellbeing board too. A huge thank you to Mrs. Carroll for facilitating this programme over recent weeks.
