Maths Week-Junior Infants

Junior Infants had a very busy Maths Week. We played Ready Set Go Maths games in our groups, sang the song Five Little Ducks and worked out how many steps the width of our school yard is. We also completed a Maths trail in our classroom. We found out who is the tallest student, whose pencil case is the longest, how many coat hooks we have in our room and lots of other interesting things. This week really showed us the varied uses of Maths in our everyday life.
