🥞🥞Pancake Tuesday in Senior Infants and First Class

On Pancake Tuesday, we had a pancake themed day. First, we found out why we eat pancakes on this day and after that we had some pancake races out in the yard. We listened to the story of the Runaway Pancake while we enjoyed eating the pancakes. We even figured out some pancake themed maths problems! 
We also played Bia Biongó in our class for Seachtain Na Gaeilge. The winner received an extra pancake! It was a busy day.
