Science Week - Dancing Raisins
11th Nov 2020
We had fun getting raisins to dance. In the still water cup the raisin sinks because the raisin is denser than the water. In the fizzy water cup the raisin is again denser than the water but the bubbles stick on to the raisin and this helps the raisin to float and dance. When the bubbles pop the raisin sinks again.
