While learning about Bia(food) over the past fortnight, we decided to investigate which material would keep a slice of bread freshest for longer.
We tested 4 slices:
- The control slice in the bread wrapper.
- A slice wrapped in paper towel.
- A slice wrapped in cling film.
- A slice wrapped in tin foil.
We predict that the tin foil might work best but cling film might be just as good.
We will test them in 5 days on 16.11.20.
Don’t worry, we won’t eat them! We will see if the slice has become hard or has spots of mould on it.
